as we are in war there is lots of pump and dump in market so CAREFUL !

range area detected im waiting for breakout up or down.
Each side is clear up is buy and down is sell
note : it can manipulation form any side so if price camed back to range zone close your trade and wait for new breakout.
it's just good business.
