저점이 낮아지더라도 1파 고점 이하로 안떨어지면 관점 동일.
저점(9610.5)을 낮추되 1파 고점(9593) 이상에서 유지한다면 3파 고점 부근을 9979로 잡고 다시 목표값 설정할 것.
