Price action keeps rejecting the median line (teal)

I keep hearing these wonderful predictions with moon and sky-rocket icons -sometimes horse-shoe magnets - thrown into the mix, but these arrows show the weakness of the BTC price action. We are not in a highly bullish environment at this point.
