At 115.90 the stock was near the blue line which had acted as resistance previously... In Technical Analysis theory, there is a higher probability of previous resistance acting as support and vice versa. Based on this simple rule the trade was initiated.

Ashok Leyland in somewhat Descending Triangle Chart PatternIt tried breaking out from the descending triangle but it seems like it failed or came back to retest, we need to observe closely, where it wants to go in the future.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
A descending triangle is a signal for traders to take a short position to accelerate a breakdown.
A descending triangle is detectable by drawing trend lines for the highs and lows on a chart.
A descending triangle is the counterpart of an ascending triangle, which is another trend line-based chart pattern used by technical analysts.

Example of positive and negative divergence Divergence occurs when the RSI is increasing and the price movement is either flat or decreasing. Conversely, divergence occurs when the RSI is decreasing and price movement is either flat or increasing.
A bearish(Negative) divergence occurs when the price makes a higher high and RSI makes a lower high. As in the first case. we can see a significant price fall after that.
A bullish(Positive) divergence occurs when price makes lower low or maybe at the same level in some cases and RSI makes a higher low. We can see a price rise after it.
ashokleyland view and levelsNSE:ASHOKLEY
The stock gave a good breakout in daily and weekly time frame.
made 3 consecutive green candles after breakout and last day it made a spinning top candle.. which shows indecisiveness.
it is likely to consolidate between 124 to 127 for some more time.
15min close above 127 can give good movement upside.
A 15min close below 123.5 can see some more correction till 120-118 levels which is a good positional buy zone for me.
The stock is in an uptrend on higher time frames so considering a long position on every dip..
watch this stock and add this to your watchlist for the coming days.
15min close above 127 initiates long for me.
this is my personal view on the script. Trade as per your Risk to Reward
