BankNifty's- Danger: Is this A Rising Wedge?– Time to RethinkEarlier in The Day - When Magical Level of 43350 Holds
Ending diagonal
Also known as an ending wedge, is a term used in the field of technical analysis to describe a specific chart pattern that signals the end of a trend or price movement. This pattern is characterized by converging trendlines that form a wedge shape and typically consists of five waves, with the third and fifth waves being smaller than the first and second waves.
Rising wedges are bearish reversal patterns that often signal the end of an uptrend, leading to a decline in prices.
Few classic examples from history where rising wedges have occurred, and financial instruments have collapsed:
1. The Dot-Com Bubble (2000):
2. The Global Financial Crisis (2007-2008): A rising wedge pattern emerged in the US housing market and various mortgage-backed securities leading up to the financial crisis.
3. The Crude Oil Crash (2014-2016): Crude oil prices experienced a sharp decline between 2014 and 2016 due to a combination of oversupply and weak demand. A rising wedge pattern was evident in crude oil prices before the crash.
As a trader, it is essential to be cautious and aware of potential risks when trading financial instruments that exhibit rising wedge patterns. Some tips to keep in mind are:
1. Stay informed about market trends and technical analysis patterns to identify potential reversal signals, such as the rising wedge.
2. Keep track of economic data, news, and events that could impact the financial instrument you are trading.
3. Practice proper risk management by using stop-loss orders and position sizing to minimize potential losses.
4. Diversify your trading portfolio to reduce the impact of a single financial instrument's collapse.
5. Remain disciplined and follow your trading plan, ensuring that you do not give in to emotions like fear or greed.

BankNifty:Five Elements Continued ...(Terminating Pattern)As suggested in the last idea post penultimate waves we usually see terminating pattern. So, Traders have to be careful at tops
Index could push upside in opening session & while returning back if breaks 41668 level then it could confirm that it has topped out.
Target
41051
Last Idea - BankNifty - Five Elements to Watch
Bank Nifty-Short Term (Double Top Resistance)- Sell Below 40545From the last update- 40600 was the key level which halted the up move exactly & same level acted as resistance in opening session when index opened gap down.
It travelled upside to 40605 close to 40600 resistance & dropped sharply down to 40378 -which is our critical level for upcoming sessions.
Index has been choppy since the bottoms of 40280 & the waves looks corrective in nature. but we need price confirmation before taking any trades.
Trading strategy
Sell trade should be taken only if Index drops below 40545 - key level & we look for 40378 -critical level target downside & going below 40378 - our final target will be 40280 & 40000 (40K)
Targets ( Active once index drops below key level 40545 as mentioned in Trading Strategy)
40378
40280
40000
Stoploss
Once Index slips below 40545 & call activates - immediate high should be kept as stop loss which is currently 40685

GOLD Flat correction about to Complete! New High Awaits?Gold Wave 3 ended after Covid Rally at 2075$ then went in consolidation for long time.
Wave 4 is in progress which is looking like Flat ABC correction which 3-3-5 waves pattern
Wave B retraces 90% of A and then Wave C breaks low of A.
Wave C is 5 wave impulse or diagonal structure
Wave C in this case could be Ending Diagonal Pattern which is expected end between 1675-50$
After low near these levels one can wait for break of 1808$ to consider move beyond 2075$
If wave C goes beyond 1600$ mark then this Analysis will be invalid.

EURCHF: ENDING DIAGONALTheory:
DIAGONAL:
Diagonal are the motive waves like an impulse wave, but diagonals are different from impulse wave in that they do follow the first two Sutras (rules of impulse wave) for wave analysis, but it does not follow the third one i.e. Wave 4 should not intervene the territory of the wave 1. In a diagonal wave 4 always enters into the price territory of the wave 1.
Properties Of Diagonals:
Diagonals can be contracting or expanding type being expanding diagonal a rare one.
In contracting type, wave 3 is shorter than wave 1, wave 5 is shorter than wave 3, and wave 4 is shorter than wave 2.
In expanding type, wave 3 is longer than wave 1, wave 5 is longer than wave 3, and wave 4 is longer than wave 2.
Types Of Diagonals:
LEADING DIAGONAL
ENDING DIAGONAL
LEADING DIAGONAL: In a leading diagonal , waves 1,3, and 5 are all impulsive in nature or all in corrective form of zigzags. Wave 2 and wave 4 are always present in a zigzag form. A leading diagonal suggests the starting of a new wave & that is why it can develop wave 1 of a impulse wave and a first wave of a zigzag pattern.
ENDING DIAGONAL : This is the most common diagonal that can be found out at the ending of a main trend or main correction. It consists of all the waves 1-2-3-4-5 in a single or multiple zigzags. They can be found placed at 5th wave of an impulse wave or can been seen as a wave ‘C’ of a corrective waves zigzags or flat.
After the termination of the diagonal , a swift & a sharp reversal takes place which bring the prices back to the level from where the diagonal has began. (generally it retrace back to the wave-2 of the diagonal sturcuture)
TRADING STRATEGY:
Buy EURCHF with SL of 0.955 and look for the upside target OF 0.9800
Bank Nifty - Will if follow in the footseps of HDFC?Let's get started with this beautiful Sunday Morning with an exciting idea on "Bank Nifty - Will if follow in the footseps of HDFC"
By the end of this short video, you would realise that BankNifty could be unfolding similar structure once done for stock -HDFC in early 2021 / 2022.
Hope, this long term idea attempts to answer our colleague's @punterpk unsettling questions. Thank you.
Have a lovely day ahead. Thanks for watching.
Crude Oil making Ending Diagonal in wave C of WXYCrude in WXY double zig zag correction. Currently wave C of Y in progress.
All internal waves of C wave are overlapping one another that leaves only one pattern to be considered as "Ending Diagonal" or falling wedge
Break of this pattern on upside would reverse price (at least temporarily as there is chance of Triple zig zag too)
Looking at wave 5 of C we can say it could make one more low below 86.82 but if goes too deep 77.5 then CHART Invalid.
Would wait for confirmation Above 95 to head towards 114 which is starting point of Ending Diagonal in wave C
