Avanti feeds | worth to Invest ?This is my opinion on Avanti feeds for the investors
this company is in the business of prawns and shrimp and related feeds.
very briefly I will tell you why I'm not interested in Avanti
in this business, quality plays its measure roll.most of the earning comes from the USA and other European countries.
Indian companies were compromising with the quality and using some kind of chemicals (for cultivation and quality purpose) which are banned in the USA.
And the main problem is the moat.
this industry is having low competition, if someone wants to start this business he can go very easily not others like an oil refinery, dmart , specialty chemicals etc.
im not seeing any moat in this business, more and more competitors will be there and because of that companies will have to cut the margins to stay in the market.
