If it gives sustainable breakout of 21DMA then we can see up-move. 21DMA is placed at 36983.30 and 10DMA is palced at 36671.66 Please refer below chart : 1day Time Frame. 2) On 15min time frame, after it opened gap down below the support trendline it gave the breakout of it and touche 37000 level and then in last closing hour it tested this trendline and gets support from it. If it trades above it then it will works as support trendline. Simple Trade Setup | BANKNIFTY | 18-11-2021 [ INTRADAY]NSE:BANKNIFTY Observations: 1) On 1hr time frame, we can see that now it has come down to the middle trendline of major parallel range in which it was trading earlier. My personal view is that it may come down till 37500 and from that it can take good support from it. If not then on breakout of middle trendline of parallel channel it will bounce back. But if it faces resistance from middle trendline then it will be short trade. I am not able to adjust this channel in the levels chart so I am providing it separately. Please refer below chart : 1 hr Time Frame. 2) On daily time frame,it close below 50DMA and closed just above 38000 level. 50DMA is placed at 38408.22 level. If it goes below 38000 and sustain below then it is a sign of bearish trend. Simple Trade Setup | BANK NIFTY | 29-10-2021 [ INTRADAY] NSE:BANKNIFTY Observations: 1) On 15 min time frame we can see that it had broken the temporary support trend-line from which it was getting support and bounce back in previous session. But now it came to the major critical support range of 39285 to 39350. If it holds and gets support from here then it can bounce back but if it breakdown this range then the downfall will continue. Please refer below chart : 15min Time Frame. 2) On 1hr time frame, we can see that it had broken the upper trendline of parallel channel and now again back near inside the upper trend-line of parallel channel. Tomorrow if it failed to sustain above the upper trendline of parallel channel then we can see that it will come down till middle trend line of the parallel channel. Please refer below chart : 1hr Time Frame. 3) On 1 day time frame, we can see that after breaking 10DMA it is closed above 21DMA. But still it is a bit far above 21DMA.
