Short - Long Term Trendline Break & Didn't Cross ResistanceFive reasons, why you should short BankNifty ?
1. Break of long term trend line (Black color) on 10th Jan
2. It failed to show any strength today and didn't cross the short term trend line acting as resistance (purple), forget about the maroon line resistance
3. Last three candles have lower lows and lower high formation
4. It failed to cross 50 days EMA and now that is acting as resistance
5. In early hours, it also break the support of 41800

Nifty likely to retrace back to 11123 to 10950 ZoneThere is a divergence between nifty and bank nifty. Similar divergence appeared in nov 2010, at that time nifty retraced back to 38% to 50% zone of it previous trend. Similar behavior is likely is current situation.
Indusind Bank : Sell Below 1545, SL 1610, Target 1470, 1360Indus bank is in the consolidation phase after a big downfall. If this triangle consolidation breaks on the downside downtrend will continue.
NIFTY - Bearish - Correction WaveNifty index, has formed a bearish correction wave after the completion of the impulse wave that started at the end of the 2008 Crisis, pushing equities higher and higher.
NIFTY looks to make lows at 9800 or even drift lower as time passes.
With elections around the corner, it doesn't seem that impossible either.
SO, keep your positions light and breezy in the market. Don't lever your positions, else, you might drift into losses.
Shorting can be done on the basis of chart analysis at shorter timeframes like say, a 30 min or lesser.
