BASF appoints new directors to board

BASF SE BAS said on Tuesday that its supervisory board has appointed Mary Kurian and Livio Tedeschi to its board of executive directors, effective May 1, 2026.

Kurian will oversee the Chemicals and Nutrition & Care segments, while Tedeschi will be responsible for the Agricultural Solutions segment as the company prepares for a planned partial IPO.
