Kotak Mahindra Prime to issue multiple tenor bonds, bankers say
India's Kotak Mahindra Prime plans to raise 5.50 billion Indian rupees ($65.62 million) through a sale of bonds maturing in four years and five years, two merchant bankers said on Tuesday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Thursday, they said.
