Key Changes:
Title Change for Horizontal Line:
The title for the horizontal line has been changed to a constant string "Horizontal Line" instead of concatenating strings.
Now, the code should work without any issues. The horizontal line will appear at the specified level, and you can still adjust the level using the horizontal_line_level input.
