Liquidity Protection Filter:
A Triggerhappy Strategy can do multiple longs/shorts
this is a filter, which forces the close to move minumum in one or the other direction to arm the signal again
there are separated settings for longs/short
input = plot with positive zero or negative value
output = normalized value with pultiplicator factor
also there is a reverse setting
yellow line will show a current alive block
