Kind of Pseudo Random Number Generator, using current timestamp and processing its digits after the decimal point.
Last value can be updated in realtime market, in simulation and when refreshing your web page.
Result range from 1 to 999.
Smoothing can be used to create charts (for exact PRNG results use smooth=1).
Can be useful in probability tests.
