- Fixes an issue with divergence bars

* Now it's possible to have colorful bullish/bearish divergence bars besides colorful squat bars. It will auto adjust colors when the bar is a squat and also bullish/bearish divergence bar.
* Adds 5 optional moving averages. Just set the ma length to 0 to hide them.
* Fixes MAs length and type issue
