It's a stochastic based indicator complemented by CCI. It tells direction of the next candle, mostly accurate to 1 to 2 candles.
If green arrow fires then the next candle would be probably green and if red arrow fires htne the next candle would be probably red.
It is important that the candle is bearing the signal as it closes.
