Updated daylight savings time for Europe.

If you are back testing through historical price data keep in mind the daylight savings times will throw your results off by one hour. Daylight savings affects Europe from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday in October. It affects North America from the second Saturday in March to the first Sunday in November and New Zealand Australia from the last Sunday in September to the first Sunday in April.
