This script adds red/green blocks to the top of every chart that show the current daily Heiken Ashi candle colour, so even when you're on a 1h or 4h chart you can quickly see if the current day is bullish or bearish. The higher timeframe is customisable too, so if you prefer to use weekly HA values, then now's your time to shine.
Useful for quickly going through...
This script plots both real and HA candles regardless or which are used on the chart in TV settings.
(and has the functions for you to use.)
Lots of people seem to misunderstand backtesting (or scam people) based on HA candles.
Backtesting with HA candles leads to impossible trades. ALWAYS backtest with real candles.
That doesn't mean you might not want to look...
The script combines 2 indicators (MACD and Stoch-RSI) and puts them visually directly on the candles - can be used with normal OHLC candles or Heiken Ashi candles. Furthermore, you can derive divergences exremely easy directly visually from the candles as well. Lastly, a SMA 20 high and a SMA 20 low line build a trend channel.
Script is best used in trending...

What is this? : This script prints simple Heikin Ashi candles

This is a strategy adapted initially for Mavilim moving average indicator, based on WMA MA.
It seems to works amazingly on long term markets, like stocks, some futures, some comodities and so on.
In this strategy, I form initially the candle, using EMA values, so I take the EMA of last 50 closes, open, highs and lows and form the candle
After this I take...
This heatmap chart is created base on Heikin Ashi trend for Malaysia Major Index
This allow compare to malaysia stock for macro trending.
Lastly ,thank to LonesomeTheBlue which inspire me for this coding .
Here are two moving averages, one based on positive candles and the other based on negative candles. If the current bar is positive, the negative MA will use its last known negative bar for the calculation. The default setting uses Heikin Ashi to smooth the candles with the trend, you can turn this off if you want in inputs.
Let me know if you find it useful :)

But if you want to use the HA...

Today I bring you a simple and efficient indicator/strategy based only on HA.
Can be used together with other TA tools or alone.
The idea behind is simple :
We have to forms to calculate the candle, using inner HA candles or normal candles. Once we have that we apply certain rules to get the max high, min low, open and close(ohlc)
With that then we check for...
// Simple as it says:
// gives you the color of the Heiken Ashi candles in a separate panel.
// I needed this indicator since in TV switching from HA to normal candles resets the chart and I had to go back manually.
// This solves the nasty issue.
// Moreover, nobody enters/exits the trade on the HA values but everyone uses just their color, right?
