AG Market QualityGiven that we are primarily focussed on trend-following, we built this indicator in a quest to assess the "quality" of a market. It was adapted primarily from methods that trading coach Dr. Van Tharp popularised, namely to do with his SQN.
This indicator has 5 zones that act to classify the market:
Strong Bull - Dark Green
Bull - Green
Neutral - Grey
Bear - Red
Strong Bear - Dark Red
The black line is an SMA(20) of Market Quality (indicating average quality over a period).
The simplistic theory is to look for long trades when the quality is indicating bull or strong bull conditions (green or dark green), and look for short trades when the quality is indicating bear or strong bear conditions (red or dark red). When the quality is in neutral territory (grey bars), the market is choppy/sideways/rangebound, and it's generally best to stay out in these conditions (for trend-followers).
We like to look for long trades when the quality is bull or strong bull, and above the average quality (black line), and look for short trades when the quality is bear or strong bear, and below the average quality.
So, not only does this indicator help you decide when to get in the market, it also tells you when to stay out of the market - really handy!
You can change the periods of the Market Quality, and also the SMA measuring average quality.

Honeybee59-forex 2.0Honeybee59-forex 2.0 for TradingView gives you abilities to see the stories hiding in the graphs of forex, and crypto currency markets. It counts CC59 and creates respectable support and resistance levels as well as marks and reminds you about important parameters that are happening in the graph so that you will not forget to consider them before placing orders. This set of tools is a simplified version of Graph Reader Pro for TradingView customized for planning your investments in forex. These parameters include:
* Automatic CC59 counting that compares the close of the right price bar to that of left price bar in a group of 5 consecutive bars (ignoring 3 bars in the middle). If the right bar closed higher, the count positive number would be printed above the bar. If the right bar closed lower, the count negative number would be printed below the bar. Nine consecutive series of up counts will define the lowest price as CC59 support light blue line and nine consecutive series of down counts will define the highest price as CC59 resistance orange line. The counted numbers, support and resistance lines are automatically printed on the graph if enabled.
* Draw a reconfigurable simple moving average ( MySMA ) white line. The default setting is SMA3.
* Draw the high and low of the previous day green lines, if enabled. The Previous Day's High and Low are often used as reversal levels in the few future days.
* Draw a popular SMA13 red line.
* Draw a Pullback level pink line near the beginning of a possible new trend.
* Draw High Of the Day and Low of the Day yellow lines for the most recent high and low levels of today.
* Paint the background areas with active Forex trading of Asian, London, and New York sessions, if enabled.
* Print "Working High" and "Working Low" when the price hits previous day's High and Low levels.
* Print "MMM" when there is a possible Market Maker's Manipulation (price bar range is larger than recent average value by a reconfigurable factor, 3 times by default).
* Print "RSI>70" and "RSI<70" for RSI (14) that crosses above 70 % and below 70 %.
* Print "RSI<30" and "RSI>30" for RSI (14) that crosses below 30 % and above 30 %.
* Print "Max" and "Min" for local maximum and local minimum bars.
* Print "Gap" when there is a gap between neighboring price bars. The opened gaps are often closed later on. Hence, they are milestones for the price to come back and close them up.
* Print "MACD>Sig" and "MACDMySMA" and "C Dark".
For free TradingView plan, you can add two more indicators to the chart. That means you may add RSI and MACD indicators with same parameters as those setup in Honeybee59-forex to your graph. DrGraph regularly publishes his educational ideas on using features provided in Honeybee59-forex for profitable investments. Refers to original study for the code: I converted it in a function and I used my snippets of pine script codes for convert it in a screener.
I'm thinking to transform it in a strategy: if someone has suggestion on startegy logic please let me know. For example enter long after three lime color bars?
Please use comment section for any feedback.

Bitfinex dominion V2With this indicator you can check the current tendency of a crypto pair from Bitfinex.
It will tell if the market is in bullish or bearish mode.
That can be an extra layer of analysis to make your decision.
You will see it will swap from red, dark red to green or dark green. The more bright the color is, the more you will see the tendency is strong.
PS: Take in consideration this indicator doesn't follow the price shown by tradingview. So it's not useful at all to decide to go LONG or SHORT based on what this indicator shows and what tradingview price ( candlestick ) shows. It's more a market direction indicator...
Bitfinex BTC longs/total ratioRatio of bitfinex longs versus the total btc in positions. Maybe a good indicator of market sentiment. It allows you to see too where were people taking profit or closing positions. Remember that ratio going up doesn't necesarily mean more longs positions are being added. It could mean shorts are closing position massively. The conversely is also true.
The rate above 0.5 doesn't necesarily bullish, though, and the indicator is "timeframe" agnostic. So take into account that there could be tons of longs positions that were opened since back before summer 2017, It seems to be too of positions opened at prices below 4.000$. That's why the average seems to be around 0.6.
The blue lines indicates current ratio (or on close for past bars). The red line is the max ratio (higher shorts versus lowest longs).
40 DOMINANT ALTCOINS BINANCEThis indicator is a combination of 40 different altcoins which are found on Binance exchange.
I have listed all Binance altcoins in the order of the oldest listed and the newest.
Due to limitations on TV for calling only 40 securities at the same time, I have limited myself with adding only the oldest ones (9+ months) and some 8+ to make up at least 40 for more data.
I have excluded BTC, BCC, ETH, USDT, BNB from list as these are the trading pairs.
I have some updates in mind and will try to add more options in coming months
Regularly updating 40 altcoins list by sorting them by market cap and available historical data from Binance
Adding Bitfinex, Bittrex and other exchanges separetly, as there is only 40 security call limit
Adding ETH; USDT pairs for all above exchanges.
You can add any indicator to this indicator - such as MACD, RSI, EMA and so on to help you analyse it more deeper
When you load this indicator, it takes about 1 min wait as it takes and calculates a lot of data. After it is loaded, it works perfectly.
Currently there is only 40 oldest altcoins to gather enough data, but as time passes, I will change some of them to create better picture of alt coins.
Please report any problems and give feedback.
Any idea of improvement is welcome and I will try my best.
Please support me an consider to give a small tip to addresses bellow. It would greatly help me to free more time for improvements as I am working to support family and my time is limited for markets.
ETH: 0xac290B4A721f5ef75b0971F1102e01E1942A4578

This will greatly help me to keep update this indicator and give me more time to analyse and sort out all altcoins my their market cap, volume and influence.
Bitfinex dominionThis indicator will show you which gang is dominating the market : the bearish gang (short masters),
or the bullish gang (long masters).
The bearish gang is drawn in red and the Bullish one is in green color.
If red is above green, that means we have a bearish tendency on the market.
if green goes above red, that means the market is going the bullish way.
It's nice to use it on 1H or 30 minutes intervals.
Here's what I do : When the dominion is changing hands (=a shift in color), then that mean the market
is moving in another direction. I then use my other indicators to make a decision so to create a trade
at the very moment of the dominance change or not...
NB1: make sure you know what you do before using this "what I do" strategy. It can be not suited to
everyone. Trading is a risky business. So don't take words as granted from people like me or others.
The best thing to do is : testing, testing then re-testing while having a good money management.
I've burnt myself many times before.
NB2: Margin trading can be really risky if you use this "what I do" strategy. Because price can go far in
counter direction before getting back to our target price. So you can risk a margin call. So it's better
using this "what I do" strategy on market trading only.
BTC-USD Commitment of Traders Bitsense v1.0INDICATOR EXPLANATION
The main data from the COT report is plotted using 4 lines. These are
The solid red line shows the commercial short (hedge) positions
The solid green line shows the commercial long positions
The dotted red line shows the non commercial short (not hedging) positions
The dotted green line shows the non commercial long positions
The shaded areas show the long and short situation in the bitcoin market as weak and strong
The lighter the color, the weaker the market is. So for example for Jan 2018 the first full month with the new futures we see a light red color between the commercial (solid green) and the noncommercial (dotted green) positioning line. This means that the market is weakening but on a longer timeframe still on an upward move. So this is a possible launchzone for any short trade but it is weak
The darker the color, the stronger the market. So for example in the middle of Feb 2018 we see a bigger area with different shades of green. There is a light green color shown between the commercial long (solid green) and the non commercial long (dotted green) line and a darker green color between the commercial long (solid green) and the commercial short (solid red) line. So this is a possible and strong launchzone for a long trade in bitcoin
HOW TO USE
Whenever Bitsense shows a light shaded colored area, that area then can be used as a launchzone for trades in the direction of the market but one needs to know that the light colors represent weak market conditions. So a light shaded red area represents a possible launchzone for a short trade but it is a very weak short market (no matter how many points the market moves in that direction it is still a weak condition)
Whenever Bitsense shows a darker shaded colored area, that area then can be used as a launchzone for trades in the direction of the market. The same goes for areas where light and darker shaded areas are together. These represent strong market conditions
As can be seen (mid feb 2018), even though the commercial shorts stay on top, Bitsense shows a strong long situation and the market starts rising. The COT report is different from traditional indicators and Bitsense shows this clearly. To explain, both of the dotted lines show the non commercial positions either long or short. These positions are traded in the direction of their color, so if the non commercial dotted green line stays on top of the non commercial red dotted line there are more long positions on bitcoin futures out there than there are short positions. But this is not that easy with the commercial positions. These are usually hedging positions which means a high commercial solid red line represents the commercial traders hedging a market that they think i a) high and b) can rise more, so they sell short positions to lock in gains from the market position, whereas solid green line commercial positions start rising only when markets are low because these traders usually lock in cheap market prices with buying long positions
Since there is just a very short accumulation of data since the inception of both bitcoin futures the indicator still might not work correctly and you have to be very careful in using it. It is published here as an information tool only and should not be used for any real trading without other means of information about the market
By using this indicator you acknowledge that you have read and understood that this is for research purposes only and I am not responsible for any financial losses you may incur by using this indicator. All trading involves high risk and past performance is not necessarily an indication of future results

This script is a complete rewrite of the previous version here .
It gathers market data from up to 8 different Bitcoin exchange pairs (8 is maximum due to script limitations). The influence of each single exchange can be customized individually, default is 50% for 0-fee exchanges, 10% for futures and 100% for all others. For each single exchange a standard deviation from the composite mean price and a average price range are determined. To make data from exchanges with different liquidity comparable, all single exchange price ranges are normalized to the range of the composite mean price. To make data from exchanges with different fee structure (= exchanges that constantly trade at a premium / discount) comparable, all single exchange prices are corrected by their respective standard deviations. To account for trade volume, all price data is weighted by the current candles volume.
