Everyone has heard tales of the sunsets and the sweet cocktails that tourists race to the Philippines to indulge in, and maybe that's what has been behind the small push the emerging market has gotten. It's come a long way in the last decade or so, largely thanks to advances in electronic trading and increased government oversight that has made way in curbing fraud in the country.
