This tool allows user to place points vertically on two different prices. A shaded box will then appear between the chosen points showing the range of the prices. Text will also appear along the box displaying the total size of the price moving in terms of actual share price, percentage and pips (ticks).
In Style property dialog it is possible to change the appearance of the price range drawing tool:
Sets the color, thickness and opacity level of the top and bottom lines of a price range.
Toggles the visibility, color and opacity level of the space between the lines.
Sets the color, opacity level, font type and size of the text on the label.
Toggles visibility, color and opacity level of the label background.
Use these checkboxes to extend the price range drawing horizontally through all the chart.
In Coordinates properties dialog you can set precisely the position of the price range points on the price scale (by setting the price) and the time axis (by setting the bar number):
Allows for the precise placement of the ray's first point (Price 1) using the price value and the number of bar.
Allows for the precise placement of the ray's second point (Price 2) using the price value and the number of bar.
