8I Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the business of financial education, public and private market investments, and financial technology. It operates through the following segments: Financial Education, Financial Investment, All Other Segments, and Corporate. The Financial Education segment involves in providing financial education in the discipline of value investing and supporting a community of value investors. The Financial Investment segment includes investment in listed equities in the Asia-Pacific through a focused strategy of investing in value-adding, nimble and scalable business to achieve long-term investment returns. The All Other Segments is comprised of fintech business and subsidiaries that provided financial education and training in Taiwan. The company was founded by Kuan Tat Chee and Che Koon Tan in 2008 and is headquartered in Singapore.
