It operates through the following segment: Environmental Control Systems, Steel Structural and Engineering, and Power Projects. The Environmental Control Systems segment includes heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment to defence, railways, telecom, and other specialized application. The Steel Structural and Engineering segment provides and manufacture steel structure, installation, supply, prefabrication of structural steel components through the fabrication facilities of the company. The Power Projects focuses in domestic and international markets for execution of projects for power transmission and distribution, and setting up of sub-stations as an EPC contractor. The company was founded on January 16, 1957 and is headquartered in Noida, India.
