PGINVIT Has been in a downtrend for a long while now, even the management speak hasn't been encouraging for investors, it's quite close to it's fair NAV but a small premium is still there, there is no clarity on how and when the management seeks to acquire more assets and improve its revenue and cash flows. Somehow the regular metrics like earnings (based on LT supply agreement and discount rate), net profit (quite volatile) and distribution being fixed at ₹3/unit/qtr (not assured) are things are keep investors on the edge about the future prospects of this InVit. Considering the promoter being PG itself and they are increasing their length of transmission line under them quite quickly, there is hope that somewhere down the line some of those assets may be acquired by Pginvit and that will give some chance to improve its earnings and increase the distribution. But will that be enough to turn the tide for this scrip? Only time will tell🙏🤞
