POWERGRID trade ideas
PowerGrid Long term betFollow on previous daily view.
It became volatile after the previous idea was posted, came down but didn't made a new swing low. So the trend is intact.
Again this is monthly chart, enter in parts only. Even if you enter now sl comes around 150 on monthly close basis, which is only 25% .
From long term point of view this is extremely low Risk set up
Expecting a breakout in this or new next 1 or 2 months.

One of the best forms of Price Action is to not try to predict at all. Instead of that, ACT on the price. So, this chart tells at "where" to act in "what direction. Unless it triggers, like, let's say the candle doesn't break the level which says "Buy if it breaks", You should not buy at all.

"Intraday" -means You must close this position at any cost by the end of the day.

In the case of Intraday trades, it is mostly the "Day's High".
In the case of Positional trades, it is mostly the previous swings.
I do not use Stop Loss most of the time. But I manage my risk with options as I do most of the trades using derivatives.

power grid gave a beautiful breakout already we suggested at 208
Result day today
it broke out at 211, made a high of 213 ( a clean one percent for breakout traders and 2.5% if someone took it at support)
Next seems range bound
I am holding this for an upside movement with a strict stop loss of 210 NSE:POWERGRID
POWR GRID 15 MIN triangle breakout the trendline support is strong
although the same cannot be said about the resistance line .
Fresh buying options can be made at the support line of 207 .

POWERGRID - Policy tail windAfter overtaking 2020 price level in very 1st week of new year making 52W High in 1st week of the year.
Today, 03Feb, it made another daily close above previous 52W H
It made 3 weeks long reverse-trigger while recovering entire 3 weeks down-move in just 3 days 1-2-3-Feb.
Today's print of 6% comes with volume which is highest compared to any day during previous 10 months.
There's sharp rise in Relative strength, Trending indicator , Positive movement value just setting tone, as if it is a start of rally.
There is a fundamental side event on 11-Feb by quarterly results.
There is a macro side push for the stock with thrust on electrical infrastructure modernization.
All new initiative will require Smart Grid solution which is near monopoly of the company.
Large investment is expected for Smart Grid Applications in distribution in 12th and 13th Plan, which will provide huge business prospects in coming years.
Technically and beyond technical, Stock may get ripe to move to ATH .
