Tata Power - buildup breakout. Good for short,long term viewPreviously rejected twice and now long buildup, at breakout level. Good to buy near 21 ma or add more at dips. Financially stable stock at good price looking for breakout on all time high. Minimum 1:2 in short term, and hold for long term.
TATA Power breakout, new targets as per Elliott waveTATA Power has finally given breakout by closing above 464.2 which has been the LTH since long.
This is a sign that consolidation phase is over and new targets are open.
Had this closing come yesterday with monthly closing it would have been an icing on the cake. Now with tomorrows weekly closing if it remains above today's low and close higher than 465 we can probably consider it is not a fake breakout.
As per Elliott wave we must be in the past impulsive wave 5 (in blue) and within that we must be in the wave (iii) in green. Target for this wave 3 can be around 511+. I am considering it will close around 522 due to upper resistance line but if it crosses the channel then we will have to redraw the waves.
For now assuming it will move all inside the channel the possible wave projection is drawn on the chart in green. The final target can be near to 560.

• NSE:TATAPOWER is in it's primary uptrend and was recently going through it's secondary downtrend.
• After touching the high of 464.20 on 3-May-2024, it has retraced 20% to 371.65 level.
• On 31-Jul-2024, NSE:TATAPOWER has broke out from its secondary down trend with higher than average volume.
• NSE:TATAPOWER is trading above 21 DEMA, 20 DMA and 50 DMA.
• RSI is trading in buy zone at 60.81.
• MACD is trading at 1.24.
• Looking good to start a new swing from here.

TATA POWER trend line channel TATA Power has already achieved the adjusted target as per flag pattern, if we apply flag pattern as per book rules then 567 is the target which is yet to come.
TATA POWER is travelling in the channel drawn, as per that if it crosses current LTH of 464 then it can reach to 480-490 and then again make a down move towards the bottom line of the channel which can be 425-430.
As the election result date is also approaching so we can also see a channel breakout depending on result euphoria.
If it fails to cross 464 then it can make a down move towards channel bottom line with target of 416, until 497 is protected TATAP is in uptrend.
