Chart of the Week 29/10/21. Vimta LabsThis week I chose Vimta Lab as my chart of the week. On 21/7/21 I chose this stock as chart of the week when it broke its all time high on daily charts, however, the stock took resistance and consolidated almost for 3 months. This week again the stock has given breakout above its all time high @346 and able to close above it with high volumes. If we see long term chart ie 3 years, the stock has made a Inverted Head and shoulder pattern.On lesser time frame, stock has given a breakout of a parallel channel. As per Fibonacci, targets are very aggressive. Therefore, i think this is worth of a investment. Targets - 525, 815 weekly. SL - 312 W. View - Medium to Long term

Vimta Labs - 3yr Inverted Head and Shoulder BO BUY GUIDANCE: Never buy before 3PM (for positional trading). I have been burnt many times over. Try to buy between 3:15 - 3:30PM, later the better. SL: Depending on your risk appetite: Below Weekly BO Candle / Below Daily BO Candle / 50% of Weekly BO candle / Below 20DMA TGT: After a 10-15%+ vertical move, breakdown of 20DMA (on a daily close basis) SELL GUIDANCE: Selling in Profit: Sell earlier in the session when the prices are higher, around 11AM. Selling at SL: Give your stock a chance to recover by end of session. If it doesn't recover, sell anywhere between 3:00 - 3:30PM. Back in action !!Again stock has come near multi-year resistance after its failed attempt to cross in Aug 21. But, today it has given close above its previous multi-year high. Now, sustaining and closing above 350 levels on weekly CB would take the stock to new highs in coming weeks, months. Longs can be considered on closing above 350 on weekly CB, with SL 275 on weekly CB for the target of 500+ with 1:2 RR. Link below for reference of my previous analysis.
