Russia’s National Wealth Fund (NWF) Liquid Assets are the portion of the fund’s holdings that can be readily converted into cash to meet fiscal or financial needs. They include funds held in bank accounts with the Bank of Russia as well as easily marketable instruments such as foreign currency (e.g., yuan) and gold bullion.
