It operates through the following segments: Bdtronic Group, Vecoplan Group, AIM Micro, NSM and Juecker, Elwema, and Other. The Bdtronic group segment develops machines and systems for precision manufacturing processes. The Vecoplan Group segment produces machines for the shredding, conveying, and processing in the wood and recycling industry. The AIM Micro segment includes AIM Micro Systems GmbH, based in Triptis (Thuringia), a company that specializes in the field of sensors and optoelectronics. The NSM and Juecker segment is comprised of NSM Magnettechnik and Mess-und Regeltechnik Juecker. The Elwema segment realizes customized manufacturing solutions in testing, assembly, and cleaning technology for the automotive industry. The Other segment is made up of the IWM companies.
