The Hotel Operations segment refers to the hotel business of the group. The Property Development segment covers the development and sale of properties of the group. The Corporate & Others segment comprises of the income and expense items and the sale of electronic products. The company was founded by Luk King Tin and Cheng Cheung on July 25, 1975, and is headquartered in Hong Kong.
