It operates through the following business segments: GBS-Accounting and Business Service Outsourcing, Tax, Corporate Secretarial, Business Consultancy, and Wealth Management. The GBS-Accounting and Business Service Outsourcing segment is involved in finance and accounting, human resource, procurement, credit control, marketing, and information technology activities. The Tax segment comprises of compliance tax services and tax advisory services. The Corporate Secretarial Services segment provides incorporating private and public companies, businesses and foundations, maintaining statutory records, preparing board resolutions and organizing board committee meetings; and other secretarial services. The Business Consultancy Services segment consists of business valuation, merger and acquisition advisory, pre-IPO consultation services, internal audit, iCSS, corporate restructuring, and forensic audit and financial due diligence. The Wealth Management segment includes Multi-family office - wealth management and family business succession planning, financial planning, and business risk insurance. The company was founded on December 10, 2015 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
