The Automotive segment includes manufacture, assembly, vehicles importation, pre-delivery inspection, composite manufacturing, vehicles leasing, distribution and sale of motor vehicles, military vehicles, motorcycles and special purpose vehicles, and sale of related spares and services. The Services segment offers services for concession, banking, postal, integrated logistics and inventory solutions, and education. The Properties segment is involved in property concession, holding, and development. The company was founded on August 28, 1990 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
