Tata power Tata power chart on 1D time frame is forming a triangle pattern and is now at the trend line support point with the daily demand zone at the same place. We can see the reversal from here. The entry and sl is marked with the help of smaller time frame and target is kept at ema20.

Today's volumes and candlestick formation indicates strong demand and stock should move to previous swing highs in the coming days.
The stock has been consolidating for the past few days and moving along the trendline which is indicating demand.
One can look for a 8% to 12% gain on deployed capital in this swing trade.
The view is to be discarded in the event of the stock breaking previous swing low.

Tata Power can rallyTata Power closed near all key moving averages. Moving in a triangle as of now. Can move towards 250 levels and then close to 300 levels and even all time high. Results were good and price action shows accumulation. SL can be 210.
Tata PowerUpside seen on Tata Power for a target of 240 and then 280 levels. On weekly bases, it is consolidating in the range of 200-280. On trend line basis, in case next week closing is above 230 levels, 240 and 280 could be seen in 1-2 months.

Let us discuss TATAPOWER in this thread.
TATAPOWER has given fabulous 750% movement b/w May'20 and Oct'22 and since then it is in consolidation. Below I have mentioned my reason why I think it is a good time to consider this stock.
1. Price Action :
:- Stock is testing its 2 year long trendline(pl. refer chart).
:- In weekly chart last four candles have formed higher lows, which if formed near support generally signals strength.
:- Triangle pattern breakout in Daily chart.
2. RSI : Monthly RSI is near 60 at same time weekly RSI is testing 40 whenever price is moving near trendline.
3. Good Risk to Reward : Since stock is near its trendline so the SL will be only 6-7% which means we can expect a RR of 8 to 10.
After all these positive points there is also one point which will be of slight hindrance and it is that, Stock is trading below its 200 moving average(in daily), and once it crosses past that we can expect some good momentum in this stock.
