UPL- Long Very Bullish- Buy above 609 After completing cycle of Elliot Wave 1-2-3-4-5; UPL has completed counter waves A-B-C. Please note that waves are always taking base at F6 at the Bottom and F12 at the top of the unique indicator of the Author. Risk averse investors can buy above 602. But as suggested by GANN always buy when price crosses 3rd square so buying above 609 is very same. Execution Idea: There are four days left in the week. Today is holiday at NSE and left are W,T, and F as working days, Let the proper levels come and this time is utilized to bring all the moving averages into order. Next week onwards you can expect bullish trend in UPL. Author uses Gann, Fibonacci, Wave Analysis and his unique indicator created with confluence of all these three. UPL: Supply turned demandUPL(United Phosphorus Ltd.) has been declining over the past few sessions & has recently entered a supply turned demand area on weekly timeframe Earlier in 2021, 650 was a key resistance and later on we saw a momentum filled breakout with high volumes after which the stock has been consolidating since then. For now 630 seems to be a good accumulation level as it has been tested as a support many time during this accumulation phase and below which we have higher chances of seeing further downside so it is a crucial level to watch for! For value investors after such a long accumulation phases the breakout of the pennant can be a better opportunity as risk is high as per now. On the fundamental side, the company has good amount of cashflows and is fairly priced at price to book ratio of 1.6 times SETUP: Entry near 630 keeping a strict stop loss near 595 & target up to 740 is a decent risk to reward setup. UPL taking support @ 589.45, Buy above 609.8 The Author uses confluence of GANN, Fibonacci and Wave Analysis along with his unique and leading indicator - Fibo 17, which makes Price - Time and Volume Analysis very easy. Easy to understand Analysis for Swing, Intraday and Long- Term Investing as well. At the intersection of pink vertical line candle closed at 589.45, and last candle made a low of 590.1. Clearly showing a support at this level. Red solid line is a strong trend- line. Buy, above 609.8 i.e. Fibo 13 with stop loss of 590.1 as is recommended by Gann to enter only when the price enters the third square with first square as the stop loss. Expect a short term target of 625 and then 650. Execute only with the help of other indicators, such as Williams R%, EMAs and those who know options, can analyse on the basis of option chain as well.
