SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE TRADE SETUP ON VARUN BEVERAGES Few pointers about my analysis of VARUN BEVERAGES : 1.The stock has been in a continuous uptrend with lots of bullish continuation patterns ,which is good for healthy upward trend, higher the no. of valid patterns better it is. 2.The stock just broke out of an ascending triangle pattern , which is again is a continuation pattern. 3.Volume spurt : breakout supported by decent volumes, supporting bullishness. 4.RSI breakout on daily chart and trading above 60. Short term view : Bullish Timeframe used : Daily Target : Use trailing SL or 50day MA Take away: entry has not yet been triggered , ideally one should wait for retest to enter. VBL for 860+Hello Traders, Varun Beverages has given a good breakout candle on 75 minutes and daily chart. It has been bought with huge volumes. I recommend trading this stock as follows:- 1. Daily SSL is 770. Meaning if stock trades below 770 at closing time then we exit our position. 2. Enter 40% quantity now at CMP. Enter 30% quantity at 800 and enter 30% at 785. I believe the lower levels wont reach but keeping safe side because of market sentiments. 3. Target is 860. 4. If the lower levels are not reached and stock continues up-move then we can buy remaining 60% quantity when it crosses 821 with a momentum. Happy Trading!
