XAUUSD Gold Dips Into Demand — Big Move Loading?My intraday focus

Bullish scenario (preferred):
Hold above 4,055, reclaim 4,139, then target 4,199 → 4,245 → 4,300.

Bearish scenario:
Lose 4,055, retest fails → price may hunt liquidity at 4,000 → 3,933 before any new rally begins.

This is a classic “Buy the Dip vs. Trendline Breakdown” moment — whichever side wins here likely sets the tone for the rest of the week.

XAUUSD Waited for the daily close - Here’s the take ! Gold closed right at 4080, the old HVZ where volume had faded before the upside push. Price returning to this level confirms a bearish reversal and invalidates the earlier bullish breakout. At Wall Street open , gold bounced from the daily support from 4030, but overall it has surrendered almost the entire move Monday’s breakout from 4010 ended with only a 70$ net gain.

Gold also closed below the multi-year weekly channel from 2022, slipping under the key 4100 mark. This is a significant hold and adds more weight to the bearish bias unless reclaimed.

From here, the market has two possible paths. Next week is packed with pending major data lined up , and if those prints lean hawkish similar to the comment that triggered this drop gold will set to break 4030 and slide towards 3930 and potentially lower levels with momentum . If the data stays neutral or soft, gold may shift into a wide consolidation phase, with 4030–4150 forming the core range and 4150–4250 acting as the upper trap cluster.

Only a clear break above 4250 would shift the structure into a true bullish phase else it will all be sell the rise structure Anything above 4150-4250 will remains vulnerable to traps and fadeouts. Next week is shaping up to be a roller-coaster ride let’s see how it plays out !! Trade safe .
