The Control and Automation segment develops solutions for low voltage and control and automation, which include, command and control systems, video management systems, perimeter protection systems, as well as the establishment of vehicle entry control systems and parking systems. The Trade segment imports, markets, and distributes equipment and components in the following areas: electricity, electrical plumbing, packaging, electronics, solutions for explosive environments, control and robotics, and solutions for the solar field. The Communications segment operates in the unified communications systems for business, service centers, and telephony, and focuses on the development, production, and distribution of its products. The Others segment includes other activities mainly in the areas of franchising, renewable energy, and electric charging. The company was founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Petach Tikva, Israel.
