Duskin Co., Ltd. engages in the franchise business that ranges from environmental hygiene to food services. It operates through the following segments: Clean Care Group, Food Group and Others. The Clean Care Group segment deals with rental of cleaning equipment, water, and air purifiers; manufacture and sale of cosmetics; and sale of toiletries, health, and nursing care products. It also offers house cleaning, pest control, and housing repair services. The Food Group segment handles the development of restaurants, and the manufacture and sale of donuts, ice cream and other food and drinks. The Others segment includes hospital management, office equipment and vehicle leasing, insurance agency and overseas businesses. The company was founded by Seiichi Suzuki on February 4, 1963 and is headquartered in Osaka, Japan.
