This was done before posting the previous charts of this Index. But by drawing trendlines, we always come across Key trend lines to watch out for. Wehave drawn few key trend lines, which we should be watching for the next breakout direction and then we can draw the next set of Elliot Waves for projection. Japan Topix Index - Is it preparing to go down ? (Daily Candle -Japan Topix Index - Is it preparing to go down ? (Daily Candle - short term) We are analyzing from 17-03-2020 onwards till date. It has clear visibility of taking a motive wave of 5 legs and reaching the new high value. Then it started correcting sideways and it is making a complex side ways movement. As per the chart, it seems it has nearly getting complete with the 5 wave sideways movements. We hope the movements come to half in some time and then it can come down heavily before getting ready to move up again. This Triangle seems nearly complete, It made 5 angles as we assume. Possible that some sideways movement of 5 may be pending. But we assume, it is getting ready to go down !! We assume market will come down in a steep correction, before getting ready to move up. Next move up can be an assurance that previous high will be broken in the bull movement. Too much more side movement, or market going above 2840 before unfolding the new movement, may invalidate the logic.

Takes long time to understand that we have to solve it differently - So it is one of the version from many solutions. In 2024, it tried breaking 37 years of record, But got shy of 10 points. In this version of analysis, which is in monthly Time frame, it finds it can still cross and break the 37 years of record which is 2956, and has the opportunity to reach 3200. Definitely, when we analyze lower time frame the errors in higher time frame analysis will come up. But without touching lower time frame, let us finish this alaysis.
