The Hotels segment owns and rents renowned hotels and lodging facilities in the high and low Tatras, and in the leased golf resorts. The Real Estate segment focuses on building infrastructure and buildings in the mountain regions. The company was founded on March 20, 1992 and is headquartered in Liptovsky Mikulas, Slovakia.
