The chart is of Nasdaq on weekly time frame.
I think, it just have completed wave B and wave C to the downside is already started or
may be very soon to start.
But overall view is bearish for long term.
The probably targets might be 9600 if it does A=C.
It may get little more to the down that we can see later as wave get developed at that time.

2. The price can move up to fill the gaps in has created.
In case if it falls, where it will take support? 15000 - 15050.
