i like it. my only problem is its hard to log on on mobile app for trading view unlike other broker that i use

Communication is lacking especially during an upgrade. Spreads of late have been much bigger than they used to be.

I've been using Blackbull through TradingView for over a year with flawless efficiency. This week they changed/updates something and now I have a 'beta' account that hides my trades and I have been unable to find any way or help that works to re-establish my account. Why 'fix' what was working fine only to have it not work at all now?

Unbelievably poor change of accounts. No warning, instructions that don't work. Not sure even if my account has been hacked or if BB has been hacked. In this day and age this is really unacceptable.

I'm still waiting for compensation since i was unable to access my blackbull market trading view platform during the maintenance / or after. as a result, I lost a substantial amount of money. Blackbull market informed me that a person from their call center will contact me, but 12 hours later, no one contacted me.

Seems impossible to use BB, on TRADINGVIEW on my iPhone. Why? Very slow and unreliable platform: I DO NOT SUGGEST IT.
