1- There is no disclosure of the different types of accounts showing the features of each, like spreads, commissions, leverages, min deposit...etc 2. chat support are very slow to answer and most of them either do not understand the question or not knowledgeable.

i cannot login into trading account in the desktop application. Previously it was fine but since yesterday night it just keeps redirecting to the web platform
