Fast and quick customer service, links easily with TV
Have been working with Ironbeam for over a year now and have never been dissatisfied with anything from their trading platform to the ultra-fast responses to questions. Highly recommended.

Ironbeam has been great for me for futures. Fast execution and the daily future margins are EXCELLENT! They helped me with the Tradingview integration which was seamless and the customer service is informative and thorough. I switched from Tradestation recently. Happy with my decision.

Mike, my contact, did a good job walking me through my frustration and issues. He resolved a concern I had logically and technically. He was patient and respectful, despite my clear frustration. I saw stops get hit that candles on Trading View did not touch, multiple times. I went looking for answers, because I'd never had such irregular slippage that wasn't represented on screen. I would take limit orders, and profit would be half of what was showing when I clicked. Sometimes I'd be 40 bucks into profit, decide trend was changing and hit a limit order, and still go down money. On a limit order? I experienced quantum weirdness while using this broker compared to my previous one - which never once did not fill as I expected. Mike, the convo we had was good, you explained yourself well. Maybe it is this market, maybe it is just me.
