根据拐点和趋势线判定目前处在下行趋势的上行阶段，作出两个交易计划。
做多：价格回到短期上升趋势线位置做多，止损设置在0.7050目标位0.7120
做空：价格运行到短期下降趋势线（前期高点0.7160附近）开空，止损0.7186目标0.7115.
