KEY POINTS Market Leadership The Bank is the 3rd largest private sector bank in India. It is the 4th largest issuer of credit cards and the 2nd largest merchant-acquiring bank in India with an installed capacity of 10 lakh+ terminals, acquiring an incremental market share of 30% in FY22.
Branch Network During FY22, the Bank added 164 branches to its network. At present, it has a total of ~4,750 branches, 16,900+ ATMs and Cash Deposit/Withdrawal machines, and 145+ SME centres. The region-wise breakup of branches is as follows: Metro - 30% Semi-urban - 30% Urban - 23% Rural - 17%
Loan Book Retail loans account for 57% of the bank's loan book and corporate & SME loans account for the rest 43%. The retail segment has increased its share from 41% in FY16 to 57% in FY22.
Retail Book Home loans account for 36% of retail book, followed by rural loans (14%), LAP, auto loans and personal loans (each 11%), small business banking (7%), credit cards (4%), Comm Equipment (2%) & others (4%).
Market Share As on 31st March, 2022, the Bank has 5% market share in assets, 4.8% in deposits & 6% in advances in the Traditional Banking Segment. In the Digital Banking Segment, it has a market share of 15% in UPI, 14% in mobile banking and 12% in credit cards circulation in India.
