BANKNIFTY has closed in a positive sentiment with 0.5% gain today. Last day we planned to buy above 33425. Index hit our targets and gave more than 200 points gain. Then a sideways momentum was seen. Once again a range of 200 points had formed. Trade setup will is simple. Trade on breakout of this range either side.
Coming to tomorrow's trade setup, if index opens flat and a 15 Min candle closes above our buy level 33570. We will long for the target of 33750, 33860 and last extended target will be 34035.
We will short below 33330 for the target of 33180.The level has been tested multiple times in intraday. Below today's low i.e 33179 good downside move is expected till 32900.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
