Currently this indicator is suggesting a local high for bitcoin as such divergences were displayed Around the TOP and BOTTOM of the previous cycle.

friscotrader As you can no longer post links in comments. Ill post it here. As a good observation. However, it seems as in the prior example this indicator demonstrates divergences that the RSI does not pick up

Also what is interesting the last time the RSI did not display divergence it was a similar price action to the recent price action just inverted.

Well is certainly closing the gaps, but i back the decline with a 100% cash reserve sideline.
