Assuming upward break this is a reasonable SHORT-TERM price target...
Remember price moves laterally as time passes so do not expect it to follow the arrow literally...

Keep in mind it also displays ascending triangle characteristics.. Anyhow, under normal circumstances in BTC most pennants break down first, then head up - If you are long, do not let that be your concern
