OK so btc/usd looks like it broke the bear run BUT..

It appears the the 4 hr broke the bear run but over the next few days it looks like this might run sideways due to the uncertainty in the EU and regulations that may follow. I don't have high hopes of btc crossing 11,500
Hope that I am wrong.

NOTE: I am very green at chart reading.
