Third resistance touch should break

Need consilidate longer as long as, 7.6k holds ...3rd resistance (9k) should break upward target 13k
Note
Spot still running, expect to test 9k blowoff top and hit proper resistance for 2nd time > Hedge margin short closed for small loss
